What services do you offer?
I provide coaching as well as, individual, couple, family, and group therapy for:

Do you offer virtual therapy?
Yes. Sessions are offered via a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Therapy from the comfort of your home—no commute, no stress.
What can I expect in the first session?
The first session is a supportive space to share what’s bringing you in. I’ll ask about your history, goals, and concerns so we can begin shaping a treatment path that fits your life. You’ll also have a chance to ask questions and get a feel for our fit.
How long are sessions and how often do we meet?
Sessions are typically 50-60 minutes. Most clients meet weekly, but we can adjust based on your needs and goals.
What are your fees?
The self-pay rate is $200 per 50-minute session. I also offer limited sliding scale spots based on financial need and availability.

Yes. I am in-network with:

Out-of-Network (superbills available for reimbursement)
For clients using out-of-network benefits, I provide superbills and also use Reimbursify—a convenient app that simplifies and streamlines the reimbursement process. Billing is managed through Headway, a secure and user-friendly platform that handles eligibility checks and claims.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept credit cards, cash, and FSA/HSA cards for private pay sessions.

What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows incur a session fee. Life happens—emergencies are considered case by case.

Are sessions confidential?
Yes. Your privacy and trust matter. Sessions are confidential, with a few exceptions required by law (e.g., risk of harm, abuse, or court orders).
Do you prescribe medication?
No, I do not prescribe medication. However, with your written consent I can collaborate with your psychiatrist or primary care provider to support a well-rounded care plan.
