About Me
Welcome—I am Dr. Sukriti Gupta,
A psychotherapist with advanced doctoral and master’s-level training in child, marriage, and family therapy. I help individuals, children, teens, couples, and families feel truly seen, understood, and empowered to grow—especially when relationships feel overwhelming or disconnected. With over a decade of advanced education and immersive clinical experience, I bring both depth and compassion to our work. My training in family systems means I don’t just look at symptoms—I help you understand the relational patterns beneath them, so you can create lasting change.
In addition to working with adults and families, I love supporting children. I connect with kids through play, creativity, and developmentally appropriate approaches. Whether your child is experiencing anxiety or struggles with emotional regulation, I provide a safe and supportive space where they can grow, build resilience, and truly feel understood.
Clients often share that I “get them”—and help them get themselves. Whether you’re navigating family dynamics, cultural pressures, or emotional burnout, therapy with me is not one-size-fits-all—it’s collaborative, culturally responsive, and tailored to help you feel safe, supported, and deeply understood.
If you’re ready for clarity, confidence, and lasting change, let’s connect. Taking the first step toward healing is just a click away! Schedule your appointment today, and let’s start this journey together!
